VISA free US work............
"The project, dubbed Blueseed, would house 1,000 people in international waters, with ferries that take passengers back and forth to shore." A berth in the floating idea factory would cost between $1,200 and $3,000 a month.

Röviden ősze van tökéletesen mondván.
Hungary, democratic institutions are being undermined as we speak.
One of Hungary’s major parties, Jobbik, is a nightmare out of the 1930s: it’s anti-Roma (Gypsy), it’s anti-Semitic, and it even had a paramilitary arm. But the immediate threat comes from Fidesz, the governing center-right party.

Another Year ...Another Hope !
Well , it has been more than a year since I was able to come back here and write.
Since the passing of my brother Tommy so suddenly and so unexpectedly, I have been unable to come back and face the world without him.
Many things transpired since, the life that we started here on the farm, has brought oh so many pleasures and adventures as well as hardships and trials.
Life is sweet and great if I can stay focused on the boys.
What a wonderful sight to see David at his best, and Roni is getting there too.
My dad, when angry with me, would say "I hope that you too will feel the frustrating anger that I feel right now, by having a son like you are!"
Well, at first I was sure that he was refering to David, but now I am sure that it is Roni. He just passed 11 and is as much his own person as I remember I was or at least wanted to be.
David who will be 15 next June is a giant and a man with strong morals, ethics and a wonderful sense of humour with a giant heart.
Yes, he learnt at an early age how to melt mom's heart. Whenever she cooks a meal that pleases him, he says " Mom, Jamie would be ashamed to call himself a cook, never mind a celebrity chef, as any restaurant would kick him out to have you!'
Living on a farm was always a romantic notion, that in real life means alot more work than I could have ever imagined. Here I lucked out with my Matild, as she is and has been a farm girl from birth, living in a big city for the past 20 years.
Now that she has come back to her roots, yes she was born close to where we are now, her mom lives less than a kilometer from here and one of her sisters 2 kilometers while the third one, in a big city, well everything is relative, actually 50 thousand people is not big, Székelyudvarhely is 34 kilometers away.
She is there right now, doing our big shopping for Christmas as this is the last of the monies that we have. That is the downside of living here, as my friend Ron said when he came to visit us 2 years ago, and we kept driving and passing small vilages , he kept saying is this it?
No, I answered it's still a bit further, and when we got to The Big city...he said "Hey this isn't so small!" I explained to him, that this our biggie and we are still 34 km away.
So, when we got to Oakland , he was sure that this is it and I responded, two more kilometers, well he then said "Hey, you don't live at the end of the world, you live past the end of the world!'
Saddly nothing is coming together as it should have, no work, no income and no easy roads out as from here it is only through the computer that there is news of the world and even that sometimes goes away, well lately more often than usual, the power failures, that are frequently occouring here.
This past April, while in Budapest, job and opportunity hunting, someone stole my back pack, from my friends house, while we went to get my renewed Canadian passport. That is the only document that I have left my passport. As the back pack had everything in it, my papers , ma laptop, that had all my contacts , and life from the previous 10 years on it, as well as cash and some never again to be replaced memorobilia.. ...you see I left it there , thinking that it is safer than in a car on the streets.
The cash that was there was a month's pay plus all the savings in my wallet, in dollars , euros and even Seychelles Rupees as well as Dubai Dhs ...all gone. Never was the one that gives up, I have attempted to restart another project with my best and longest lasting friend in Budapest. A virtual ad agency, that I could do from anywhere and that I do know well ..........did that for 6 months to face a cold reality that he never really wanted to do the English side as well and that he just wanted to build it in Hungarian. I feel at a loss to explain why he didn't call me , or write me during the 3 months when everyday seemed like a week and a week was a month.......but now I am at peace with that too as he is upset with me, that I have not done what he wanted and that is build it in Hungarian. He is very Hungarian, so much so, that he is comparing the world as backwards and short historied compared to Hungary. He believes and tried to convince me and all about him that there are traces of Hungarians going back 37,000 years. Oh, I always knew that he was very tied to his country but when I brought another friend into the office, and word came about leaving this country as the second friend is going to explore Australia, my dear Hungarian said "Someone has to stay here and build it back up again!" .
Well, now I am waiting for news from the US as that is where I hope to be next, if not then Seychelles.
Both have many more doors and opportunities, and my boys sure deserve more than what it looks now , that this region with its nationalistic and exclusivity from the rest of EU and the world in general is heading backwards to a day where it was the darkest era.
In Hungary they are changing laws, curtailing freedoms, firing people because of race and or religion. Antisemitism is a sport and not just on the streets but in Parliament as well and the worst I believe is about to come now.
Trials are all one sided as only their judges have power, last week the head judges post was awarded to the wife of a right wing EU representative. Elie Wiesel's trial starts in January where his accusers are claiming that his whole life is a fraud and that his tatood number belongs to the real Ellie. Only in Hungary ! This is the only country where they never faced the horrid past of the holocaust. As a matter of fact, some or many even deny its existance. Youtube is full of the Magyar Garda and Google has much about the Facsist Hungary but the papers and on the internet there are now lists of "Who is Jewish" the top 500 and that is all too much.
Hope is real , somewhere else.
Maybe after a while the nice folks who voted these people in, will realize that everything costs much more, they are making much less, that is, if they still have their jobs as Hungary has isolated herself from the EU, the US and most democratic countries, while declaring war with IMF and EU financial institutions. The sensation that had them rally against the previous government, will go away and give this happy go lucky land back to the people that really made it great!
Am very happy we left almost three years ago, as the boys were called bad Jewish names as they boarded the bus home from school....then, I never would have believed how far this will slide downwards, that one of the main theaters in Budapest would be handed over to an open antisemite who was in politics and has a newspaper that always has some dirt to spill on Jews and that is the light side compared what they do with Gypsies and Homosexuals.
So, I Intend with all my heart to leave this area and to go where there is Love, Hope and opportunity to live in harmony not just with nature and animals but with people as well.
As John Lennon so prophetically said in Imagine........and all his other songs...Love concours all.

My Brother Tommy is on his way....To Paradise !
For 63 years Tommy Vizel was a man that lived, loved and helped all about him. He was an ordinary man that did extraordinary deeds for all those around him.
I have just sent a Power of Attorney to his last and best friends, Judy and Joszi Kroo, who till the end were there by his side and are still doing the best with all their hearts to assist in the transition.
The neighbor who found Tommy this past Friday just spoke with the other angel, my cousin Joe in Edmonton and told him that he is concerned that Tommy's door is not locked.
Last night speaking with his doctor at the hospital, I came to the realization that life is so precious and dear, yet we do not think of it until it is too late. This was not the case with Tommy as he realized years ago that he embarked on a road that was too high and good, early in his life, that no matter what he did afterwards, it was impossible to maintain it. This coupled with the fact that he was unlucky in choosing good friends, made life very difficult and painful for him, till the end.
My dear, and very old friend Dolly (old as in friendship, we met in 1961) just sent me her condolences, and reminded me of how many times I have helped and other times tried to help him, but he did not respond well, if it did not suit him at the time.
She also reaffirmed that I should not go to Los Angeles, as it would not help him, nor me.
It is at times like this that I am so proud of this love we shared and that she has always been there for me, showered me in love, selflessly, lovingly, encouragingly and all the while empowering me.
There are others that I think, now they realize what Tommy did for them, introduced them to powerful leads and contacts, yet they never even gave him thank you never mind a dime. Those also are now calling now, claiming their love for him, but I believe that this is only guilt or even worse, they are using his death to reignite old relationships that Tommy brought about for them.
Isn't it a pity , isn't it a shame, George Harrison's classic said it best,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuStBNkvwhE
Isn't it a pity
Isn't is a shame
How we break each other's hearts
And cause each other pain
How we take each other's love
Without thinking anymore
Forgetting to give back
Isn't it a pity
Some things take so long
But how do I explain
When not too many people
Can see we're all the same
And because of all their tears
Their eyes can't hope to see
The beauty that surrounds them
Isn't it a pity
I am at a loss for words, and that is not something that happens to me often......how do I deal with the fact that he is gone? Yet he is still here?
No, I am certain that I too would not want to be kept artificially alive, nor would he.
Reni, my ex spoke with him on Friday, just hours before he had his massive heart attack. She said that he was sadder than usual, complaining of chest pains and as usual refusing to go to the clinic for a check up. He also was sad that all his friends abandoned him, save for two the Kroos and Varadi.
Before yesterday we received a letter from Tommy, the first letter in over three years, as we usually talked on the phone, it was first addressed to Roni as his 10th birthday was Nov 4 th after to David and then the whole family....almost as a farewell letter....but when out of the envelope fell to the ground 2x 20 dollar bills, we all broke down and cried and cried we did, until David said that we should mourn him and pray for his recovery, I said no....
we should celebrate his life and told them a few stories about Tommy and his good deeds as well as his friends' remarks, that almost all read alike,
" that he would give his last 5$ to someone if he believed that person needed it more!"....
I wish him Peace and I Pray and Hope that finally he too can be Happy, knowing that it is a new beginning in Paradise, where he was so many times before, but for short periods only!

Another July day on the Farm....
We woke to the rooster crowing, the birds singing and the bees buzzing in harmony.
We'll have a slow day as the workers will not come till later, to continue on our expansion of our house. Decided to go to visit the puppy that Roni ( our 10 year old) will get after he grows some more.
We walked of course there, meeting up with folks that stopped to chat and share a laugh or two. First there was Arpi our next door neighbor. He is the "Capi-de-touti-Capi" he de Boss ! He is the Priest of the Unitarian Church and he is the soul keeper and spiritual leader of the 200 or so of our little community. He has been very generous with his time and knowledge of this here our new land. His son and my David (13 yr old) are close friends. His wife a doll , always a smile finds its way to her lips and only kind words come out, has always been helpful here.
Last year she took me along with our other neighbor, Irma the Teacher, to the Grand Harvest Festival, in the center of our village, where all the girls and boys dressed in their finest Regional Traditional garbs , were a site to behold. The Teacher always referred to as Ms Teacher is the ex wife of another priest and now lives alone save for the son that comes on the weekends. She also was a hello today on our way to see the puppy.
Soon there was a door that opened and we entered to be greeted by Andris Bacsi (Uncle) who showed us, the house his brother just bought and they are fixing it up so that the city folks can move back home unto the farm. In the kitchen a heath the size of three fridges , what bread could be baked there, what pizza? He showed the barn and the wood house too, and everywhere antiques like a Jawa motorbike, a bench that was at least 100 yr old and many smaller artifacts that were for killing rats, taking boots off, spinning wheels and hundreds of other curios.
Continued to Andras Batcsi ( Yes Andris and Andras) to see the puppy and that's when the excitment began. We were greeted and he immediately started to show us the damage and devastation that he endured during the past few weeks. His fields were all covered and there was a great deal of loss. He has almost everything, such as tractors, plows, trucks, hay carts, cars, bikes and motor bikes. Every type of farm animal and many of each.
He gave David his puppy and Roni is getting his soon . We all get our honey from him and the grains as well as we help him pick apples , pears, raspberries and more in return we get to bring home too. He has a mill to grind the corn, the wheat and the brans to a fine powder. Yes, we have chickens now, twenty five little chicks and a mother hen. So life here is amazing, as I can only judge through the eyes and hearts of my sons, they are Very Happy here and I guess that's what makes me the happiest too. My Matild is in Heaven, on Cloud 9, in Paradise, every day well, almost every day. Save the days she breaks down screaming for help, as this is really a Big Job, and I am not really that into it all, so poor thing has to wrestle it almost all herself. For this she is Happy and as I said sometimes sad too.
The boys love it when they are at Andras Bacsi as they get to see pigs born, cows just weaning and rabbits getting it on, as I said to my wife, "They think this is Disneyland on the Farm" and are having the time of their lives enjoying every minute of every day.
Since I was the only one that Andras showed the big house that sits across his, he went to get the keys and opened one door after another just like museums do as this was a museum that stood still for decades. Hand carved dinning room set with so many pieces besides the table with the 8 chairs , that it was surreal to imagine 8 people in there too.
Next floor behind a locked door the Stash.....Bacons, sausages and other smoked meats and prepared vegetables and jarred fruits and please let's not forget the cases and barrels of wine all in a tiny room. The smell was heavenly and my taste buds ran away as it was close to eating and we've been gone for almost three hours.
Well, we did get 25 kg of mashed corn also two old tractor tires, that the boys want to use for rolling themselves down the hills as well as float on them in our stream. Mom added when they get tired of them we'll make two swings out of them. Yes, we re-use and renew almost everything. For instance, I never knew that the egg shells is a treat for the chickens and if you feed them enough, their egg shells will be stronger. Also, the boys go bug hunting for the chickens as well as look for worms. The two turtles we have get tiny fish, live from the stream and flies, as many as I can catch. Yesterday eighteen of them added protein to the shelled ones.
Our pregnant cat and our dogie both are fed table scraps and leftovers. Yesterday a cheese started to go, and we gave the two rascals a real party feeling as they love their treats here too.
Will try to upload pix and vids for all the words, a picture is worth a thousand!
On our way hone we stopped at the General Store just to pay a dept but 100$ later we ran out of there, as we have always bigger eyes and here that is a void, many things are far away and we have been conditioned for way too long this way, hard to reprogram ourselves, but am trying, trying really trying!

THE ADVENTURE OF YOSSEL THE HASSID
He takes the lift to the ground floor and walks towards the exit, as he reaches the reception area he sees a stunning British Airways hostess with blond hair and a face and figure you could die for. She has just checked in. As soon as she sees Yossel, she stops in her tracks and walks quickly over to him
"Hello," she says to him.
"Hello to you too," he says.
"I have a confession to make," she says.
"What is it?" he asks.
"I have a sexual fantasy," she says.
"Nu, so go on," he says.
"I've always wanted to be with a Hassidic man. I want to run my hands up and down his white silk socks, run my hands over his prayer shawl and my fingers
through his beard, play with his curly sideburns, eat latkes with him, poke my finger in his puppik, remove his pants, play with his schmeckle and then
shtup him. So I want you to join me now. I have a room upstairs just waiting for us. What do you say?"
Yossel looks at her thoughtfully and says, "And what's in it for me?"
The economy……..how Stimulus works.....
It is a slow day in the small Minnesota town of Marshall, and the streets
are deserted. Times are tough, everybody is in debt, and everybody is
living on credit.
A rich tourist visiting the area drives through town, stops at the
motel, lays a $100 bill on the desk and says he wants to inspect the rooms
upstairs before selecting one for the night.
As soon as he walks upstairs, the motel owner grabs the bill and
runs next door to pay his debt to the butcher.
The butcher takes the $100 and runs down the street to retire his
debt to the pig farmer.
The pig farmer takes the $100 and heads off to pay his bill to his
supplier, the Farmer's Co-op.
The guy at the Farmer's Co-op takes the $100 and runs to pay his
debt to the local prostitute, who has also been facing hard times and has had to
offer her "services" on credit.
The hooker rushes to the hotel and pays off her room bill with the
hotel owner.
The hotel proprietor then places the $100 back on the counter so the
rich traveler will not suspect anything.
At that moment the traveler comes down the stairs, states that the
rooms are not satisfactory, picks up the $100 bill and leaves town.
No one produced anything. No one earned anything. However, the whole
town is now out of debt and looks to the future with a lot more optimism.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how Stimulus works.

THIS IS A NON PARTISAN JOKE THAT CAN BE ENJOYED BY All PARTIES!
NOT ONLY THAT-- it is POLITICALLY CORRECT!!
While walking down the street one day a "Member of Parliament" is tragically hit by a truck and dies.
His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.
'Welcome to heaven,' says St. Peter.
'Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we're not sure what to do with you.'
'No problem, just let me in,' says the man.
'Well, I'd like to, but I have orders from higher up. What we'll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend eternity.'
'Really, I've made up my mind. I want to be in heaven,' says the MP.
'I'm sorry, but we have our rules.'
And with that, St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell. The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf course. In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him.
Everyone is very happy and in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the people.
They play a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and champagne.
Also present is the devil, who really is a very friendly & nice guy who has a good time dancing and telling jokes. They are having such a good time that before he realizes it, it is time to go.
Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises....
The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens on heaven where St. Peter is waiting for him.
'Now it's time to visit heaven.'
So, 24 hours pass with the MP joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and, before he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns.
'Well, then, you've spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your eternity.'
The MP reflects for a minute, then he answers: 'Well, I would never have said it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in hell.'
So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.
Now the doors of the elevator open and he's in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage.
He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls from above.
The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulder. ' I don't understand,' stammers the MP.
'Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there's just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable.
What happened? '
The devil looks at him, smiles and says, ' Yesterday we were campaigning.. ...

Winter is still here struggling to stay awhile longer...
So sad that I do not know my parent's birthdays as I do talk to them all the time
without ever getting into a argument.
Am doing OK ! That's it..
Grateful to the 2 boys and Matild as well as her
family here, as we are now living off of them.
Firewood ran out as this was the worst winter in history.
We are shlepping the wood from Mama.
Boys are really doing well in school learning both English and Romanian
and they both have social lives that we never saw in Budapest.
In short from their point of view...this was the best move in
my life...as they blossomed completely and it is great to be able to witness
as they transform in this increased speed.
We got a cat and a dog, come spring we get rabbits and maybe a goat too.
Also, planning to have bee hives. Matild's vegetable garden kept us eating
till now and she plans to double the size this coming year. We have a small
house and land but that is more than enough for us to grow most of our needs
for the year. Of course we eat as the season delivers the seasonal offerings.
We can, conserve, and pack away all as the basement is a shopping mall for us!
This is a life that was meant for most of us, as the WorldShift nears and the
inevitable closes in, all will have to make adjustments. All will need to recalibrate
their lives. We are not noticing that Haiti, Chile, Jakarta, EU in snow, mudslides
in Turkey and almost every day the news screams out loud for that one event "never-before" seen....yet almost all of us just go on as all will be OK!!! But will it?

Living the Bio, Eco, Natural Way is wonderfully .. GREAT!!
Never before have I lived closer, together and deeper with nature.
Nor have I left such a light ECO footprint before.
We are in a 106 year old farm house, nestled between the school and the church, in Ujfalu. Just past Oakland and a hundred and twenty five kilometers from where I was born, in Marosvasarhely. This is one of the most beautiful countrysides anywhere, mountains, lakes, fishing and camping all here for centuries, always admired and always a great pride to even those that plundered it.
What we have for breakfast, cereals and grains come from our field. At lunch we serve a salad with a dozen vegetables from the garden, same with the herbs and spices. The fruit trees have been here much longer than the Vizels, who purchased this little dream hide away, just three years ago, and they have given much fruit since.
The pulp and the remains of the fruits , even the husks from the corn-on-the-cob, all are sent back to Mama's pigs, horse and other animals.
The shells of the eggs she brought us, we give back to her so she then adds it to the feed for the chickens.
Yes, "everything" is recycled and we reuse many things as well as the water.
We drink from "our" well and the water inside the house also comes from the well, so we wash dishes and ourselves in warm water.
The "healing water", we Import with the horse and a cart, once a month, in a 10 hour journey, 30 kilometers there and back, this nectar, that the older ones drink for centuries.
This past weekend we witnessed the Annual Harvest Festival. Both our neighbors, the teacher and the priest's wife, invited us to go along with them to see the young participants get ready for the evening.
The views, the sights and all the pomp and splendor of the annual Harvest Ball with the younger ones dressed in their traditional outfits, the King of the Ball with other fellows riding their horses about, while the horse and buggies take the rest of them from town to town to announce the evening's Ball. You really must be there to hear , smell , see and mostly feel the excitement in the air.
This is the closest I came to live the life that I have preached and believed is necessary for all to live. Simple, efficient and effective living, so all can live same way.
Without this radical move, I never would have imagined the positive effect that this has on my two boys. They have more friends here, than they ever had in Budapest, mind you they have been coming here, for 2-4 weeks 1-2 times a year for three years. Everyone seems more friendly, and caring here than everywhere else, with the exception of Seychelles. Speaking of, what better way to prepare us for the Sesel Way of Living! This is the WorldShift2012 in REAL TERMS for us. We are now showing the way and sowing the seeds for the future generations to come.

Hungary is now staying behind us too.....
We are leaving Hungary for Romania and Seychelles. The movers are coming and we are leaving on the next train, don't know when We'll be back again, oh oh what a wonderful life awaits us.
Transylvania, is known as Erdei, is one of the most beautiful natural places that even UNESCO declared it a distinguished and protected environment. Seychelles with its two UNESCO protected atolls is the only country where over 50% of the country is under Green Environment protection.
Dr Rolph Payet the man charged by the President of Seychelles to build a university, has made me his Special Adviser to create an ECOversity more specialized towards the future trends and needs.
Dr Ervin Laszlo with whom I have been trying to build a New Paradigm University, an WorldShift university where the wisdom of the 7 Billion is gathered synthesized, and resent to all universities along with financial help to materialize the New World Shift.
The following link is the ECOversity plan that is old and dated but the new version will appear soon. http://www.elysiumfloat.com/world_ecoversity/world_ecoversity_II_new.pps
This is where to find Rolph Payet.........

These are the two that I believe can do what most others talk about and dream about, these have proven track record and are commited for life. The one question that all ask, why Seychelles ? Why there ? Why now?
The only answer is that it is a nation unlike others, as this nation is made up of 85,000 kind, loving and naturally gifted people with the gift of life. All rejected my offer to come and work in EU or Canada ( since they do like Canadians) for 3-4 times their wages, responding "No thank you, money is too expensive" . This and all that made me curious to find what makes a nation and how does a nation differ from where we associated ourselves before.
In Europe and the Asian continents we were always with a king, a lord or an absolute ruler that defined us. Today, here in Hungary and 35 years ago in Quebec the National movement started to erode the good standings of neighbors and friends as one takes sides and there is conflict. As we now define borders and our collective consciousness as a Nation. Not in Seychelles, where even the politics are more human and understandable never mind the service through the bureaucracies , where a lady showed us what it means to be Seselois. She argued with another politically appointed gentleman on our behalf, 10 minutes after she met us.
There are many , really many reasons to list why Seychelles, but one or two weeks there is all the proof one needs.

Ervin Laszlo talks about this "tipping point" as it already has happened. Joe Sugarman, was the one who thought me the 80/20 rule. Here are
The three rules of epidemics
Gladwell describes the "three rules of epidemics" (or the three "agents of change") in the tipping points of epidemics.
- "The Law of the Few", or, as Gladwell states, "The success of any kind of social epidemic is heavily dependent on the involvement of people with a particular and rare set of social gifts."[4] According to Gladwell, economists call this the "80/20 Principle, which is the idea that in any situation roughly 80 percent of the 'work' will be done by 20 percent of the participants."[5] These people are described in the following ways:
-
- Connectors are the people who "link us up with the world ... people with a special gift for bringing the world together."[6] They are "a handful of people with a truly extraordinary knack [... for] making friends and acquaintances". [7] He characterizes these individuals as having social networks of over one hundred people. To illustrate, Gladwell cites the following examples: the midnight ride of Paul Revere, Milgram's experiments in the small world problem, the "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon" trivia game, Dallas businessman Roger Horchow, and Chicagoan Lois Weisberg, a person who understands the concept of the weak tie. Gladwell attributes the social success of Connectors to "their ability to span many different worlds [... as] a function of something intrinsic to their personality, some combination of curiosity, self-confidence, sociability, and energy."[8]
-
- Mavens are "information specialists", or "people we rely upon to connect us with new information."[9] They accumulate knowledge, especially about the marketplace, and know how to share it with others. Gladwell cites Mark Alpert as a prototypical Maven who is "almost pathologically helpful", further adding, "he can't help himself".[10] In this vein, Alpert himself concedes, "A Maven is someone who wants to solve other people's problems, generally by solving his own".[11] According to Gladwell, Mavens start "word-of-mouth epidemics"[12] due to their knowledge, social skills, and ability to communicate. As Gladwell states, "Mavens are really information brokers, sharing and trading what they know".[13]
-
- Salesmen are "persuaders", charismatic people with powerful negotiation skills. They tend to have an indefinable trait that goes beyond what they say, which makes others want to agree with them. Gladwell's examples include California businessman Tom Gau and news anchor Peter Jennings, and he cites several studies about the persuasive implications of non-verbal cues, including a headphone nod study (conducted by Gary Wells of the University of Alberta and Richard Petty of the University of Missouri) and William Condon's cultural microrhythms study.
WOW! my1st born, David is 12 year old David!

After 12 years in this forsaken and by now, I tend to believe also a cursed land, watching things deteriorate and realize that there must be better and more to our lives than this. So, off to the adventure we go. David, is getting the cast taken off today and is really looking forward to a better and a more peaceful, less stressful environment after this.Am trying to deliver it for him.
Yoko Ono should be here and now. Speaking Here & Now , didn't know Baba Ram Dass had a stroke and a Movie???
As I wonder out LOUD and LOUDER why not name it
The John Lennon University

and get the GAME OVER ?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Lennon
He realy is everything that we would want the world to be. And he had/has Q factor!!!
My whole life was around him anyways as was for most whom I knew. At 20 at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel, in Montreal I served him breakfast in bed. At 40 with candle in hand cried when news reached us ...he was shot.
Now, at 60, reborn with Yoko, for the www.GlobalShift2012.tv and Club of Budapest.
This past, year and a half, have thought me to be more proactive and less procrastinating about and around all. Ervin Laszlo was and still is my BIG ONE !! As far as we believe at the WS2012, he is "our great Hope" to somehow show us , tell us, clearly what and where we should go and do.
Shortly I hope that Rolph Payet will come and join our efforts here and in London to secure a university for Seychelles. Oh, OK, not just another UNIVERSITY......but a unique example of what the universities of the future should look like. All the tools, techniques even teachers are ready to jump. The connections with dozens of universities begun, and for now , we wait.

Ram Dass - The Movie
Ram Dass Fierce Grace is a 2002 American biographical film, directed by Micky Lemle. It tells the story of Dr. Richard Alpert's transformation from Harvard Psychology Professor to spiritual student/devotee and back again to teacher in spite of his debilitating stroke. It was named by Newsweek as one of the Top Five Non-fiction Films of 2002.
