My Brother Tommy is on his way....To Paradise !

For 63 years Tommy Vizel was a man that lived, loved and helped all about him. He was an ordinary man that did extraordinary deeds for all those around him.

I have just sent a Power of Attorney to his last and best friends, Judy and Joszi Kroo, who till the end were there by his side and are still doing the best with all their hearts to assist in the transition.
The neighbor who found Tommy this past Friday just spoke with the other angel, my cousin Joe in Edmonton and told him that he is concerned that Tommy's door is not locked.

Last night speaking with his doctor at the hospital, I came to the realization that life is so precious and dear, yet we do not think of it until it is too late. This was not the case with Tommy as he realized years ago that he embarked on a road that was too high and good, early in his life, that no matter what he did afterwards, it was impossible to maintain it. This coupled with the fact that he was unlucky in choosing good friends, made life very difficult and painful for him, till the end.

My dear, and very old friend Dolly (old as in friendship, we met in 1961) just sent me her condolences, and reminded me of how many times I have helped and other times tried to help him, but he did not respond well, if it did not suit him at the time.
She also reaffirmed that I should not go to Los Angeles, as it would not help him, nor me.
It is at times like this that I am so proud of this love we shared and that she has always been there for me, showered me in love, selflessly, lovingly, encouragingly and all the while empowering me.

There are others that I think, now they realize what Tommy did for them, introduced them to powerful leads and contacts, yet they never even gave him thank you never mind a dime. Those also are now calling now, claiming their love for him, but I believe that this is only guilt or even worse, they are using his death to reignite old relationships that Tommy brought about for them.

Isn't it a pity , isn't it a shame, George Harrison's classic said it best,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuStBNkvwhE

Isn't it a pity
Isn't is a shame
How we break each other's hearts
And cause each other pain
How we take each other's love
Without thinking anymore
Forgetting to give back
Isn't it a pity

Some things take so long
But how do I explain
When not too many people
Can see we're all the same
And because of all their tears
Their eyes can't hope to see
The beauty that surrounds them
Isn't it a pity

I am at a loss for words, and that is not something that happens to me often......how do I deal with the fact that he is gone? Yet he is still here?
No, I am certain that I too would not want to be kept artificially alive, nor would he.
Reni, my ex spoke with him on Friday, just hours before he had his massive heart attack. She said that he was sadder than usual, complaining of chest pains and as usual refusing to go to the clinic for a check up. He also was sad that all his friends abandoned him, save for two the Kroos and Varadi.

Before yesterday we received a letter from Tommy, the first letter in over three years, as we usually talked on the phone, it was first addressed to Roni as his 10th birthday was Nov 4 th after to David and then the whole family....almost as a farewell letter....but when out of the envelope fell to the ground 2x 20 dollar bills, we all broke down and cried and cried we did, until David said that we should mourn him and pray for his recovery, I said no....
we should celebrate his life and told them a few stories about Tommy and his good deeds as well as his friends' remarks, that almost all read alike,
" that he would give his last 5$ to someone if he believed that person needed it more!"....

I wish him Peace and I Pray and Hope that finally he too can be Happy, knowing that it is a new beginning in Paradise, where he was so many times before, but for short periods only!

A Vision for Transition to the New Ways

As the Old Ways of believing and doing things give way to a global culture where people everywhere have come to understand that their thoughts are creating their future, we see a quick, smooth, graceful transition into an entirely New Way of Life for everyone who lives and breathes on this Earth.

We see the "world managers" who have held the peoples of all nations in check, in a flash of insight, gleaning the wisdom, the utter goodwill, in helping us restructure our economies to reflect an equality of all life, an exchange system of integrity and fairness, an honoring of creativity, and a return to a lifestyle based on the sacredness of Spirit that is in each and every person, plant, and animal.

We envision a continued flow of goods and services and a new abundance that has come to us because human greed and profit are no longer the reference points for our transactions and interactions. The competition of the past had been replaced by a caring for one another, and, as a result, everyone now has free access to all good things.

We see soldiers dropping their weapons and using their energy constructively, instead of destructively, to build homes, highways, transportation systems, and so forth. We see those who "owned" the sources of energy that we use daily now releasing the news of free energy sources and beginning to implement these new systems.

We envision ways that gently wean people off of their addictions to drugs and pharmaceuticals being made available to all so that our health care institutions are now incorporating the use of finer, subtle energies to heal and comfort people. And we see the emotional blocks that, in the past, precipitated our pain, being relieved and released via simple procedures so that all are now free to experience life to its fullest, in complete good health.

We see all debts forgiven, all contracts canceled, and all criminals incarcerated for crimes against themselves released. Likewise, we see new techniques and procedures for rehabilitation made available which will completely allow all prisoners to be released in a very short time.

And we see the Grace of God revealing itself in all situations, especially those that seem irreconcilable or inflexible, bringing a resolution which strengthens our Souls, dispels our doubts, and honors the Spirits of every man, woman, and child who walk this Earth. We envision a day when everyone understands, to the depth and core of their Being, that no matter how difficult something may appear, no matter how impossible it may have seemed in the past, that when we seek out and call forth solutions which embrace the Highest Good for all concerned, everything gets better.

The extraordinary entrepreneurial culture of Israel

"[Israel boasts] the highest density of start-ups in the world (a total of 3,850 start-ups, one for every 1,844 Israelis), [and] more Israeli companies are listed on the NASDAQ exchange than all companies from the entire European continent. ...

"In 2008, per capita venture capital investments in Israel were 2.5 times greater than in the United States, more than 30 times greater than in Europe, 80 times greater than in China, and 350 times greater than in India. Comparing absolute numbers, Israel - a country of just 7.1 million people - attracted close to $2 billion in venture capital, as much as flowed to the United Kingdom's 61 million citizens or to the 145 million people living in Germany and France combined. And Israel is the only country to experience a meaningful increase in venture capital from 2007 to 2008 [in the face of a global financial crisis.]

"After the United States, Israel has more companies listed on the NASDAQ than any other country in the world, including India, China, Korea, Singapore, and Ireland. And Israel is the world leader in the percentage of the economy that is spent on research and development. Israel's economy has also grown faster than the average for the developed economies of the world in most years since 1995.

"Even the wars Israel has repeatedly fought have not slowed the country down. During the six years following 2000, Israel was hit not just by the bursting of the global tech bubble but by the most intense period of terrorist attacks in its history and by the second Lebanon war. Yet Israel's share of the global venture capital market did not drop - it doubled, from 15 percent to 31 percent. And the Tel Aviv stock exchange was higher on the last day of the Lebanon war than on the first, as it was after the three-week military operation in the Gaza Strip in 2009.

"The Israeli economic story becomes even more curious when one considers the nation's dire state just a little over a half century ago.

"[The importance of start-ups and venture capital in any country is hard to overstate.] According to the pioneering work of Nobel Prize winner Robert
Solow, technological innovation is the ultimate source of productivity and growth. It' s the only proven way for economies to consistently get ahead - especially innovation born by start-up companies. Recent Census Bureau data show that most of the net employment gains in the United States between 1980 and 2005 came from firms younger than five years old. Without start-ups, the average annual net employment growth rate would actually have been negative."

Another July day on the Farm....

We woke to the rooster crowing, the birds singing and the bees buzzing in harmony.
We'll have a slow day as the workers will not come till later, to continue on our expansion of our house. Decided to go to visit the puppy that Roni ( our 10 year old) will get after he grows some more.
We walked of course there, meeting up with folks that stopped to chat and share a laugh or two. First there was Arpi our next door neighbor. He is the "Capi-de-touti-Capi" he de Boss ! He is the Priest of the Unitarian Church and he is the soul keeper and spiritual leader of the 200 or so of our little community. He has been very generous with his time and knowledge of this here our new land. His son and my David (13 yr old) are close friends. His wife a doll , always a smile finds its way to her lips and only kind words come out, has always been helpful here.
Last year she took me along with our other neighbor, Irma the Teacher, to the Grand Harvest Festival, in the center of our village, where all the girls and boys dressed in their finest Regional Traditional garbs , were a site to behold. The Teacher always referred to as Ms Teacher is the ex wife of another priest and now lives alone save for the son that comes on the weekends. She also was a hello today on our way to see the puppy.

Soon there was a door that opened and we entered to be greeted by Andris Bacsi (Uncle) who showed us, the house his brother just bought and they are fixing it up so that the city folks can move back home unto the farm. In the kitchen a heath the size of three fridges , what bread could be baked there, what pizza? He showed the barn and the wood house too, and everywhere antiques like a Jawa motorbike, a bench that was at least 100 yr old and many smaller artifacts that were for killing rats, taking boots off, spinning wheels and hundreds of other curios.

Continued to Andras Batcsi ( Yes Andris and Andras) to see the puppy and that's when the excitment began. We were greeted and he immediately started to show us the damage and devastation that he endured during the past few weeks. His fields were all covered and there was a great deal of loss. He has almost everything, such as tractors, plows, trucks, hay carts, cars, bikes and motor bikes. Every type of farm animal and many of each.

He gave David his puppy and Roni is getting his soon . We all get our honey from him and the grains as well as we help him pick apples , pears, raspberries and more in return we get to bring home too. He has a mill to grind the corn, the wheat and the brans to a fine powder. Yes, we have chickens now, twenty five little chicks and a mother hen. So life here is amazing, as I can only judge through the eyes and hearts of my sons, they are Very Happy here and I guess that's what makes me the happiest too. My Matild is in Heaven, on Cloud 9, in Paradise, every day well, almost every day. Save the days she breaks down screaming for help, as this is really a Big Job, and I am not really that into it all, so poor thing has to wrestle it almost all herself. For this she is Happy and as I said sometimes sad too.

The boys love it when they are at Andras Bacsi as they get to see pigs born, cows just weaning and rabbits getting it on, as I said to my wife, "They think this is Disneyland on the Farm" and are having the time of their lives enjoying every minute of every day.
Since I was the only one that Andras showed the big house that sits across his, he went to get the keys and opened one door after another just like museums do as this was a museum that stood still for decades. Hand carved dinning room set with so many pieces besides the table with the 8 chairs , that it was surreal to imagine 8 people in there too.

Next floor behind a locked door the Stash.....Bacons, sausages and other smoked meats and prepared vegetables and jarred fruits and please let's not forget the cases and barrels of wine all in a tiny room. The smell was heavenly and my taste buds ran away as it was close to eating and we've been gone for almost three hours.
Well, we did get 25 kg of mashed corn also two old tractor tires, that the boys want to use for rolling themselves down the hills as well as float on them in our stream. Mom added when they get tired of them we'll make two swings out of them. Yes, we re-use and renew almost everything. For instance, I never knew that the egg shells is a treat for the chickens and if you feed them enough, their egg shells will be stronger. Also, the boys go bug hunting for the chickens as well as look for worms. The two turtles we have get tiny fish, live from the stream and flies, as many as I can catch. Yesterday eighteen of them added protein to the shelled ones.
Our pregnant cat and our dogie both are fed table scraps and leftovers. Yesterday a cheese started to go, and we gave the two rascals a real party feeling as they love their treats here too.

Will try to upload pix and vids for all the words, a picture is worth a thousand!

On our way hone we stopped at the General Store just to pay a dept but 100$ later we ran out of there, as we have always bigger eyes and here that is a void, many things are far away and we have been conditioned for way too long this way, hard to reprogram ourselves, but am trying, trying really trying!

THE ADVENTURE OF YOSSEL THE HASSID

Yossel the Hassid is in London on business. It's now one hour to shabbos and he’s all dressed up in his sabbath clothes ready to go to a loca synagogue.

He takes the lift to the ground floor and walks towards the exit, as he reaches the reception area he sees a stunning British Airways hostess with blond hair and a face and figure you could die for. She has just checked in. As soon as she sees Yossel, she stops in her tracks and walks quickly over to him

"Hello," she says to him.

"Hello to you too," he says.

"I have a confession to make," she says.

"What is it?" he asks.

"I have a sexual fantasy," she says.

"Nu, so go on," he says.

"I've always wanted to be with a Hassidic man. I want to run my hands up and down his white silk socks, run my hands over his prayer shawl and my fingers
through his beard, play with his curly sideburns, eat latkes with him, poke my finger in his puppik, remove his pants, play with his schmeckle and then
shtup him. So I want you to join me now. I have a room upstairs just waiting for us. What do you say?"
Yossel looks at her thoughtfully and says, "And what's in it for me?"

The economy……..how Stimulus works.....

It is a slow day in the small Minnesota town of Marshall, and the streets
are deserted. Times are tough, everybody is in debt, and everybody is
living on credit.
A rich tourist visiting the area drives through town, stops at the
motel, lays a $100 bill on the desk and says he wants to inspect the rooms
upstairs before selecting one for the night.
As soon as he walks upstairs, the motel owner grabs the bill and
runs next door to pay his debt to the butcher.
The butcher takes the $100 and runs down the street to retire his
debt to the pig farmer.
The pig farmer takes the $100 and heads off to pay his bill to his
supplier, the Farmer's Co-op.
The guy at the Farmer's Co-op takes the $100 and runs to pay his
debt to the local prostitute, who has also been facing hard times and has had to
offer her "services" on credit.
The hooker rushes to the hotel and pays off her room bill with the
hotel owner.
The hotel proprietor then places the $100 back on the counter so the
rich traveler will not suspect anything.
At that moment the traveler comes down the stairs, states that the
rooms are not satisfactory, picks up the $100 bill and leaves town.
No one produced anything. No one earned anything. However, the whole
town is now out of debt and looks to the future with a lot more optimism.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how Stimulus works.

THIS IS A NON PARTISAN JOKE THAT CAN BE ENJOYED BY All PARTIES!
NOT ONLY THAT-- it is POLITICALLY CORRECT!!

While walking down the street one day a "Member of Parliament" is tragically hit by a truck and dies.

His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.

'Welcome to heaven,' says St. Peter.
'Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we're not sure what to do with you.'

'No problem, just let me in,' says the man.

'Well, I'd like to, but I have orders from higher up. What we'll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend eternity.'

'Really, I've made up my mind. I want to be in heaven,' says the MP.

'I'm sorry, but we have our rules.'

And with that, St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell. The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf course. In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him.

Everyone is very happy and in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the people.

They play a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and champagne.

Also present is the devil, who really is a very friendly & nice guy who has a good time dancing and telling jokes. They are having such a good time that before he realizes it, it is time to go.

Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises....

The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens on heaven where St. Peter is waiting for him.

'Now it's time to visit heaven.'

So, 24 hours pass with the MP joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and, before he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns.

'Well, then, you've spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your eternity.'

The MP reflects for a minute, then he answers: 'Well, I would never have said it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in hell.'

So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.

Now the doors of the elevator open and he's in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage.

He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls from above.

The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulder. ' I don't understand,' stammers the MP.
'Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there's just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable.

What happened? '

The devil looks at him, smiles and says, ' Yesterday we were campaigning.. ...

Winter is still here struggling to stay awhile longer...

So sad that I do not know my parent's birthdays as I do talk to them all the time
without ever getting into a argument.

Am doing OK ! That's it..
Grateful to the 2 boys and Matild as well as her
family here, as we are now living off of them.
Firewood ran out as this was the worst winter in history.
We are shlepping the wood from Mama.

Boys are really doing well in school learning both English and Romanian
and they both have social lives that we never saw in Budapest.
In short from their point of view...this was the best move in
my life...as they blossomed completely and it is great to be able to witness
as they transform in this increased speed.
We got a cat and a dog, come spring we get rabbits and maybe a goat too.
Also, planning to have bee hives. Matild's vegetable garden kept us eating
till now and she plans to double the size this coming year. We have a small
house and land but that is more than enough for us to grow most of our needs
for the year. Of course we eat as the season delivers the seasonal offerings.

We can, conserve, and pack away all as the basement is a shopping mall for us!
This is a life that was meant for most of us, as the WorldShift nears and the
inevitable closes in, all will have to make adjustments. All will need to recalibrate
their lives. We are not noticing that Haiti, Chile, Jakarta, EU in snow, mudslides
in Turkey and almost every day the news screams out loud for that one event "never-before" seen....yet almost all of us just go on as all will be OK!!! But will it?
